Eligibility:	Undergraduate degree and excellent academic performance (first class or upper second class hons., preferably from a local institution); clearly defined career goals should be evident in the application; exceptional promise of making contributions on return to Trinidad and Tobago.  Applicants must also be in possession of a Trinidad and Tobago passport.
